Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of end-to-end product design for web and/or mobile platforms

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design choices

• Simplify intricate product requirements into user-friendly experiences

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across functions

• Maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

• Utilize data and user feedback to enhance product performance iteratively

• Promote user experience and design best practices throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related roles

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent

• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles

• Experience in agile, cross-functional product teams

• Ability to balance business objectives with user requirements and technical limitations

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Preferred experience in SaaS or digital product environments

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus
