📋 Description

• As a Sr Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our products, leading complex design initiatives, and driving process improvements.

• You should have a deep understanding of the product areas you own and be comfortable driving collaboration across disciplines.

• This role requires UX research, strategic thinking, and UI design expertise, along with the ability to influence product direction and mentor other designers.

• We use Figma as our primary design tool and leverage an internal design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Shape and contribute to our internal design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of designing SaaS product experiences.

• Expertise in user research, UX strategy, UI design, and design systems.

• Strong ability to define and lead large-scale design initiatives with a strategic mindset.

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with enterprise-level design systems.

• Experience designing for Enterprise SaaS applications, including role-based access controls, dashboards, and data visualization.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside leadership, engineers, and product managers.

• Ability to thrive in a culture of learning and growth.

• Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility environment, making independent design decisions that impact business outcomes.

• Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating in a distributed team.
