• Possessing at least 5 years of product design experience, with a robust portfolio in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrating ownership of designs from inception to refinement, resulting in measurable impact.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, ranging from interviews to usability testing and behavioral data analysis.
• Thriving on unraveling complex UX challenges and transforming ambiguity into sophisticated solutions.
• Excelling as a clear communicator who can sway decisions across all levels, from engineers to executives.
• Operating with speed, curiosity, and a keen eye for the details that elevate products.
• Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team of designers, PMs, engineers, and data scientists.
