• Lead the design process for a key product area, starting from initial exploration to final handoff
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to brainstorm, prototype, validate, and refine designs
• Enhance our design system by creating reusable elements, adaptable patterns, and clear guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform
• Create polished, user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research and usability tests to reveal insights, confirm assumptions, and address real user needs
• Work cross-functionally to align on product vision, define project scope, and implement high-quality designs
• Participate in team activities, design reviews, and documentation to enhance our design culture and processes
• Evaluate and improve designs post-launch by analyzing product metrics and user feedback
• Possess over 5 years of UI/UX design experience, showcasing effective, user-centric designs for complex systems
• Background in graphic design, web design, or related fields
• Comfortable in navigating uncertainties, defining MVPs, and advocating for user requirements in a dynamic setting
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to various stakeholders
• Proficient in visual design with a focus on usability, consistency, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of design systems like Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with engineers
