• Join us on our mission as a Senior Product Designer within the Customer Engagement Team, responsible for driving preventative care initiatives and collaborating with various teams to enhance the pet owner experience.
• Your role as a Senior will involve shaping the goals, strategy, and roadmap of the Customer Engagement Team, focusing on innovative solutions to engage Pet Health Club members and improve pet health outcomes.
• Embrace a remote-first work environment with technology hubs in London, Bristol, Stockholm, and Porto, backed by renowned investment groups and operations spanning the UK, Europe, and North America.
• Utilize your expertise in Product, Design, and Engineering to develop user-centric solutions, conduct user research, and champion creative solutions that address user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, experiment, iterate, and present strategic insights to drive product strategy and design forward.
• Possess a minimum of four years' experience creating intuitive digital experiences, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrate strong visual, UI, and interaction skills with the ability to translate user problems into high-fidelity solutions.
• Exhibit kindness, humility, and authenticity as a team player, fostering collaboration and challenging others to excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for user interaction, and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and driving product outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma, experienced with Design Systems, and adept at building prototypes to enhance user experiences.
