β’ Keen eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, with a focus on UI details
β’ Experience engaging directly with customers to shape design choices through research, testing, and discussions
β’ Strong skills in data visualization and deriving insights
β’ Ability to prototype ideas to articulate nuanced design decisions effectively
β’ Experience managing comprehensive projects across organizational boundaries
β’ Strong communication skills to convey ideas and decisions to various stakeholders
