Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify user challenges, streamline data-heavy experiences, and develop solutions that drive tangible results.

• Design user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI elements for various features within Jerry's primary products.

• Lead UX investigations for intricate issues, creating workflows that simplify car ownership and management for users.

• Utilize research, analytics, and experimentation to guide design choices and validate your design approach.

• Work with fellow designers to enhance the design system and elevate the quality of our work on mobile and web platforms.

• Implement AI strategically to enhance clarity, personalization, and automation in the user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong UX strategies, data-driven decision-making, and clean, user-friendly interface designs.

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in designing consumer-facing mobile or web products (either in-house or at an agency).

• Prove your ability to transform complex data and product requirements into straightforward, elegant workflows.

• Comfortably collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project scope, prioritize solutions, and iterate rapidly.

• Proficient in Figma and skilled in using rapid prototyping tools to communicate ideas effectively.

• Understand design systems and how to utilize or enhance them for consistency and scalability.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus: Previous experience in marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or mobility industries.
