Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify user challenges, streamline data-heavy interactions, and devise solutions that drive tangible results.

• Develop user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for various features within Jerry's key products.

• Spearhead UX investigations for intricate issues by creating workflows that simplify and enhance the car ownership and management experience.

• Utilize research, analytics, and experimentation to guide design choices and validate strategies.

• Work alongside fellow designers to enhance the design system and elevate the quality of our work on mobile and web platforms.

• Strategically implement AI to enhance clarity, personalization, and automation within the user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX principles, data-driven decision-making, and polished, user-friendly interface designs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing consumer-facing mobile or web products, either within an agency or in a corporate setting.

• Proven track record of translating complex data and product requirements into straightforward, elegant workflows.

• Comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineers to define project scopes, prioritize solutions, and iterate rapidly.

• Proficient in Figma and adept at using rapid prototyping tools to effectively communicate concepts.

• Familiarity with design systems and their role in ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or mobility sectors.
