• For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer, remotely from the United States.

• As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design projects for an AI-powered healthcare platform, working from concept to delivery.

• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

• Your role will involve conducting user research, producing high-quality design artifacts, and mentoring other designers, ensuring that the end product is both user-centered and aligned with the business's strategic objectives.

• Lead and own complex design projects from initial concept to final delivery.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful design implementation.

• Conduct user research to validate design decisions and create personas and journey maps.

• Produce design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Communicate design solutions effectively through presentations, documentation, and design reviews.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and advocate for the design process within the team.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user-centered solutions for SaaS platforms, web applications, or data-heavy interfaces.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and showcasing diverse design projects.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze and tackle complex design challenges.

• Passion for creating user-friendly, accessible products.

• Experience conducting user research and integrating findings into the design process.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
