• Contribute to the enhancement of our design system, ensuring uniformity and user-friendliness across the platform.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and actively participate in team activities to nurture a strong design culture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, particularly in B2B, SaaS, or platform environments.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex systems, optimizing workflows, and making user-centric decisions.
• Background in designing for legacy or enterprise systems.
• Proficient in collaborative product exploration, translating research findings and data into actionable design solutions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and familiarity with large-scale design systems.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainties, aligning stakeholders, and iterating towards measurable outcomes.
