•The design team is looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to take on these challenges and to collaborate across our organization.

•You'll leverage Kiddom’s mission and product strategy to inform high-level decisions and create solutions that bring the best tools and processes to our users.

•Collaborating closely with the entire product development team, you'll help drive impactful and user-centric innovation.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in design or a design-related field

•5+ years of experience in product design

•A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design with wide adoption

•The confidence and ability to make informed and integral decisions as a project lead

•An affinity for strategic system-level thinking combined with mad tactical skills

•A devotion to logical and extensible interaction design

•Proficiency with the standard UX design tools - we mostly use Figma

•Visual design skills and the ability to both utilize and extend existing design systems

•Willingness to share knowledge and experience with other team members

•Communication skills that relay all of the above to produce exceptional product

•The ability to quickly prototype ideas or specifications, when words aren’t enough
