• With our recent Series B funding, we are in a phase of exciting growth and looking to expand our team. Our hybrid work model involves three office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at our Berlin headquarters. Additionally, we are planning to establish London as our second location.
• As a Senior Product Designer within the Image Composer team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive experiences for AI-powered tools. Your role involves collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to transform technical capabilities into user-friendly features, empowering professional designers on the Kittl platform. We are seeking someone who is passionate about design, eager to experiment, and deeply empathetic towards user needs, bringing creativity, clarity, and teamwork to all projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience, with a focus on enhancing AI-powered products to deliver user-friendly, innovative, and delightful experiences
• A diverse portfolio showcasing various projects, including case studies with a preference for AI-related work and clear success metrics
• Proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design, with expertise in Figma and a keen eye for visual details
• Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and the impact of design on them
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
• Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
