• Possess a minimum of 5 years of design experience, with a keen interest in transforming AI-powered products into innovative and user-friendly solutions that delight users.

• Showcase a diverse portfolio with case studies, ideally featuring AI-related projects, supported by clear success metrics.

• Demonstrate expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design with proficiency in Figma and a sharp eye for visual details.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and the impact of design on them.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively across different functions.

• Display initiative, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
