• 6-10 years of experience in product design and team leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record in designing for customer loyalty and growth
• Exceptional attention to detail and top-tier design skills
• Ability to provide forward-thinking leadership in UX design and identify innovative opportunities
• Expertise in User-Centered Design and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills to convey design concepts effectively
• Proficiency in modern front-end systems and open source frameworks
• Experience in Retail, particularly in ecommerce or digital customer engagement
