• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mobile UI/UX professional, excelling in dynamic work environments.

• Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills, effectively presenting designs to diverse audiences and articulating the rationale behind design choices.

• Apply user-centric design principles effortlessly, adhering to web and mobile design standards and best practices.

• Display a keen eye for design and a profound understanding of crafting intuitive, impactful user experiences.

• Collaborative by nature, with a keen interest in tackling real user challenges alongside a team.

• Show initiative and confidence in navigating ambiguity, utilizing creativity and resourcefulness to find solutions.

• Excel in solving complex problems and pride yourself on being highly self-reliant.

• Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Integrate GenAI into design workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.

• Present a robust portfolio showcasing product design skills and relevant experience.

• Well-versed in designing for consumer-facing products, especially in social, financial, or broader B2C sectors.
