• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/Product Design focusing on consumer web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), prototyping tools, and design systems.

• Ability to balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations effectively.
