• In the Senior Product Designer role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our healthcare products are user-friendly and accessible to all.
• Your commitment to inclusive design and continuous learning will drive the creation of visually appealing, modern designs.
• Listening to and incorporating feedback from colleagues, users, and stakeholders will be essential in the design process.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design-related roles.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Maze, with familiarity in Datadog and Looker.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering organized messages across various channels.
• Expertise in designing sophisticated dashboards, data visualizations, tables, and reporting interfaces for high usability and clarity.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating in distributed team environments and utilizing collaborative design tools.
• Technical understanding, particularly in front-end development concepts, to facilitate the transition from design to code.
• Background in designing AI-powered experiences and tooling, with knowledge of machine learning principles.
