📋 Description

• Translate complex product and business goals into innovative design strategies to drive product-led growth across key metrics.

• Lead the design and optimization of experiences using advanced AI and automation to enhance efficiency and user value.

• Identify and solve systemic design challenges affecting product adoption and customer journeys.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from discovery to launch of critical features and initiatives.

• Work closely with Engineering leads to ensure high-quality execution of designs, especially for AI/ML integrations.

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through advanced research methodologies.

• Advocate for intuitive and consistent user experiences that align with long-term vision.

• Select and adapt user-centered design methods to solve ambiguous problems and contribute to the evolution of the design system.

• Deliver high-quality work at a rapid pace across multiple projects.

• Influence strategic direction by partnering with Product and Engineering Leadership.

• Mentor and guide less experienced designers to uphold design excellence within the team.

• Oversee the development of efficient design solutions and champion self-service efficiencies.

• Integrate innovative visual trends and cutting-edge techniques to elevate product experiences.

• Lead user research initiatives to inform design decisions, especially related to AI ethics and trust.

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes for evaluative research and visionary experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field, or 5-9+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing leadership in solving complex user problems and strategic thinking.

• Expert proficiency in design tools for advanced prototyping and system design.

• Proficient in research tools to independently derive insights.

• Ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize various user research methods.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Mastery of user-centered design principles and usability applied to complex product challenges.

• Experience working with comprehensive design systems and leveraging AI tools.

• Experience with fintech, legaltech, or SaaS products.
