🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on designing workflows for complex enterprise systems.

• Strong ability to shift between UI, UX, and research initiatives.

• A natural curiosity about systems, processes, and how users interact with them in their daily tasks.

• Experience working with and building upon design systems.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively lead workshops and exercises to uncover user needs.

• Familiarity with UX and HCI processes and methodologies, with an understanding of when and how to apply them effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work inclusively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong ability to prepare and collaborate with engineering on design deliverables for development.

• Fluid in screen design tools, such as Figma.

• BONUS SKILLS: Experience in the event ticketing, live event engagement, or related industries.
