Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design process from initial concept to final visuals for web and mobile applications utilized by customers and sales teams.

• Translate user requirements, product objectives, and business metrics into user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.

• Design and refine digital brochures, community landing pages, sales tools, and product discovery flows utilizing QR codes.

• Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics.

• Implement and enhance Lennar's design system while advancing the team's visual design capabilities.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.

• Conduct usability tests and utilize data to make informed design decisions.

• Contribute to internal design showcases through reviews, updates, and product demonstrations.

• Analyze adoption rates, lead performance, and sales team efficiency to enhance product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, including customer-facing and internal tools.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design skills.

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

• Curiosity or experience in utilizing AI tools in the design process.

• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Thorough understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems.

• Ability to work independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

• Confidence in presenting work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and their impact on design decisions.

• Bonus: Experience in designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows.
