• LMArena is in search of an experienced (Senior+) Product Designer to contribute to crafting exquisite and user-friendly product experiences for our expanding user community.
• As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process of new products and features that are at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to explore, prototype, iterate, test, and release products across our platform.
• This position is ideal for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, adept at simplifying complexity, passionate about developing products from scratch, and eager to influence how people engage with and assess AI technology.
• Take the lead in the complete design process of new products and features.
• Gain a deep understanding of our High Expectation Customers, their affinity towards our product, and how they utilize it.
• Grasp business objectives and user requirements with a distinct perspective on enhancing user experience and driving business growth.
• Stay informed on user feedback and analytics, identify trends, and leverage insights to prioritize tasks and enhance the product.
• Contribute to evolving and broadening our design system to ensure uniformity and excellence across all product interfaces.
• Influence the design team's culture and processes and steer the product vision forward.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of Product Design experience in consumer or developer-oriented applications, with a portfolio that demonstrates:
• Exceptional Visual Design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to captivate and delight users.
• Proven track record of delivering features for consumer-centric products, ideally involved in developing new products or collaborating with early-stage startups.
• Demonstrated Impact through well-informed design decisions that significantly influenced the product's success.
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals effectively, guided by business and user requirements.
• Proficiency in interaction, visual, and design system skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Proficiency in a prototyping tool of choice, with emphasis on proficient usage.
• Embrace a prototype-first approach, building and testing prototypes to inform design decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong writing skills, capable of drafting a PRD or making edits/adjustments, possessing strong visual, verbal, and written storytelling abilities.
