• Take charge of the complete design process for intricate projects, from initial exploration to implementation and refinement
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, and fellow Designers to identify challenges, explore solutions, and provide user-friendly experiences
• Transform objectives and specifications into well-organized design outputs, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Lead and mentor team members through the design journey, offering input, explaining reasoning, and enhancing the overall quality of work
• Utilize user research insights to ensure that designs are rooted in user requirements and behaviors
• Enhance current design patterns and contribute to the evolution of our design system with scalability and uniformity in focus
• Possess 6–8 years of professional background in product or UX design
• Previous experience in fintech or similarly intricate and regulated industries
• Knowledge of user research techniques and their integration into the design process
• Interest in leveraging AI for design and product advancement
• Demonstrated accountability to users, customers, and team members
• Strong collaborative design approach with expertise in design thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and Interaction Design, as well as User Interface (UI) and aesthetic design
• Skilled in responsive design, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping
• Capable of crafting and verifying User Stories
• Proficient in Figma
• Familiarity with design systems
