• Assume full responsibility for overseeing the entire design process of our iGaming platform, starting from initial ideas and user pathways to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual specifications.
• Transform intricate crypto mechanisms and innovative gaming concepts into user-friendly, delightful, and captivating experiences for our casino and sports betting offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and management to establish product strategy, shape the road ahead, and ensure a unified, top-notch user experience.
• Engage in user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply comprehend user requirements and advocate for design solutions that effectively address them.
• Contribute to enhancing our design system, uphold high standards for visual and interaction design, and promote a culture of design excellence.
• Address challenging tasks and devise sophisticated solutions for brand-new user interactions that lack prior examples.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, delivering outstanding consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for and in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including online casinos, poker, or sports betting.
• Strong personal interest and expertise in the crypto space and Web3 principles are essential.
• Portfolio showcasing elegant, contemporary UI designs, solid UX strategies, and the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a history of working independently and excelling in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to clearly explain design choices, offer insightful feedback, and establish agreement with stakeholders at all levels.
