📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction and design execution as a Senior Product Designer within a product squad

• Manage the entire design process from conceptualization to implementation, incorporating feedback and iterating swiftly

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design principles

• Develop user-centric experiences that align with business objectives and technical requirements

• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and adhere to usability standards

• Advocate for user needs through qualitative and quantitative insights

• Implement best practices for creating scalable interfaces and contribute to design system evolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features

• Foster a design-centric culture within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing solutions for complex workflows

• Experience in leading design for large projects with remote teams

• Proactive approach with ownership mentality

• Proficiency in design systems, prototyping, and usability testing

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and utilize data for design decisions

• Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for users

• Familiarity with prototyping tools and A/B testing

• Experience with SaaS products targeting B2B and B2C audiences

• Must be U.S.-based and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
