📋 Description

• Develop innovative embedded finance solutions for clients and cardholders

• Take ownership of a specific product area, overseeing design from start to finish and ensuring alignment across teams

• Uphold design excellence in designated areas of responsibility

• Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to drive product, design, and development initiatives

• Advocate for user-centric solutions that also meet business objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of relevant design experience in tech, product-focused companies, or design agencies

• Showcase a portfolio featuring compelling B2C consumer products on mobile platforms, SDK products, or white label solutions

• Demonstrate expertise in product, interaction, and visual design with a focus on quality and aesthetics

• Proven track record of leading design projects from start to finish

• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and storytelling skills

• Comfortable working with remote or distributed teams

• Nice to have: Experience in Payments or Fintech, designing B2B enterprise solutions, and expertise in areas like accessibility, motion design, content design, user research, design systems, front-end engineering, or product management
