Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Partner with the CPO to define product concepts and design new product features.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, ensuring seamless design-to-development handoff (via Linear and regular syncs).

• Provide mentorship and guidance to our existing product designer.

• Ensure our design system remains consistent, scalable, and user-friendly - we are currently implementing PrimeVue 4 and Design Tokens.

• Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to refine designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.

• Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design principles.

• Experience writing and managing tickets in Linear.

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).

• A portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS product design, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
