• Work closely with product managers, architects, engineers, and customer-facing teams to develop and refine a compelling UX vision that is both technically feasible and economically viable.
• Collaborate with Product Management to incorporate and prioritize UX requirements in product roadmaps.
• Provide creative direction and contribute to thought leadership on design processes within the organization.
• Partner with the design team to establish best practices and create design deliverables like sketches, wireframes, mockups, design system components, prototypes, personas, and research plans.
• Ensure the implementation of designs across the product suite maintains a cohesive product experience for customers.
• Enhance team performance by soliciting and providing feedback from other product designers and cross-functional colleagues.
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience, preferably in enterprise B2B applications, with a focus on high-quality design and meticulous attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating past design projects, including visuals and descriptions of the design process.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of UI/UX design exposure.
• Experience in planning and conducting user interviews and usability testing of prototypes.
• Ability to leverage data and research findings to inform design decisions and advocate for optimal user experiences.
• Proficiency in design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility, both as a consumer and creator of design systems.
• Familiarity with UX design tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, and others for creating mockups and prototypes.
• Curiosity and humility to seek feedback for continuous improvement and a growth mindset to share knowledge through mentorship and presentations.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System or Background Check applications, leading application redesigns, MUI or similar react component libraries, transforming complex product rules into intuitive experiences, and using AI-based tools for efficiency.
