• Responsible for executing the design vision and strategy for two product lines, ensuring exceptional user experiences for each
• Lead the entire product design process for both products, from concept to implementation and iteration
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across various product workstreams
• Establish and uphold design standards, patterns, and guidelines for each product to ensure quality and consistency
• Conduct and supervise comprehensive user research and usability testing initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align on roadmaps, advocate for user needs, and ensure accurate design execution
• Identify opportunities for design enhancements and system-level efficiencies within each product
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing complex B2B or enterprise software products
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, systems-level design, and a user-centered approach that has driven measurable business impact
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, with a deep understanding of design systems and component architecture
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
