Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Monarch is looking for a Product Designer (Senior/Staff) who is passionate about crafting high-quality user experiences and elevating the design of personal finance tools.

• In this role, you’ll spend the majority of your time designing and iterating on new features within the product.

• You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, and have opportunities to contribute strategically to Monarch’s design direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in product design at a consumer-focused company.

• Design Mastery: Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach.

• Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Innovative Thinking (Bonus): Experience designing for 0-to-1 projects or consumer mobile apps is a plus.
