• We are in search of an accomplished Senior Product Designer to spearhead the user experience efforts at NetBox Labs.
• This role involves hands-on design tasks focusing on UI design, user research, workflow definition, and UX strategy.
• As the initial design hire, you will establish the groundwork for the design system and oversee its implementation across various products.
• 7-10 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, preferably within B2B enterprise software or SaaS sectors.
• Previous experience as the primary or lead designer in a startup or growth-stage company, laying the groundwork for design structures and systems.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-friendly, information-packed interfaces and workflows.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Skilled in using modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and various prototyping methods.
• Proven track record of close collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
• Thorough understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Comfortable with conducting user research, utilizing analytics, and applying insights to enhance product design.
• $160K – $180K
