• Maintain a balance between speed and quality by delivering iterative MVPs, continuously enhancing them based on user feedback while aligning with the long-term product vision.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize activities efficiently, and meet deadlines and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Provide feedback, enhance design patterns, and contribute to scaling the overall product experience.
• Demonstrated experience in startups with a flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing processes.
• Proficiency in designing AI-driven or complex systems, showcasing a holistic view rather than focusing solely on individual features.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate trade-offs, constraints, and rationale behind design choices clearly.
• Ability to identify critical assumptions in a product concept and promptly validate them through experiments, prototypes, or user insights.
• Experience in defining success metrics and leveraging actual product data to guide design refinements.
• Hands-on expertise in user research methodologies, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research practices.
• Capability to lead the design process independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Focus on addressing user issues and organizational objectives, rather than solely focusing on UI deliverables.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and familiarity with contemporary web technologies.
• Strong interest in AI and the role of UX in making such systems comprehensible and trustworthy.
