📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams, such as product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to grasp project objectives and requirements.

• Participate in user research activities to gather insights that drive the design process.

• Plan and conduct design validation through usability testing, incorporating user feedback into design iterations.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Design and enhance features for a B2B marketplace to empower the next wave of jewellery businesses.

• Provide high-quality visual design assets and specifications for mobile and web implementations.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful design implementation.

• Contribute to building and maintaining a design system for consistency across digital products.

• Monitor the success of implemented designs by analyzing user behavior through product analytics.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply them in design work.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, focusing on 2-sided digital platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in user research and using insights to guide design decisions.

• Experience in planning and conducting usability testing for design validation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, especially marketplace products.

• Bonus points for experience in luxury markets, Shopify, or B2B marketplaces.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

• Ability to deliver components for and contribute to a design system.
