• In the role of a Senior Product Designer, you will actively engage in the entire design process, spanning from conceptualization to meticulously examining details just before product launch.

• Proficient in articulating design choices and soliciting specific, valuable feedback.
• Develop sophisticated and functional design systems that define digital experiences across various platforms.
• Engage effectively with other disciplines to establish a clear vision for products or campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in established and emerging industry standards, tools, and best practices.
• Understanding of visual design principles and elements.
• Conduct user research for new and existing products and offer recommendations for enhancements.
• Set design direction for top-priority products.
• Participate actively in design critiques and user research initiatives.
• Comprehend target audiences and the potential impact of design decisions on them.
• Act on feedback and guidance efficiently.
• Work closely with developers to create prototypes and enhance operational products.
• Lead design thinking and co-creation sessions with relevant partners.
• Mentor less experienced designers.
• Conceptualize and oversee end-to-end design experiences, qualitative studies, design systems/standards, campaigns, and collateral.
• Demonstrate the ability to balance innovation with practicality and accurately scope own work.
• Identify business requirements and translate them into audience-focused product or campaign objectives.
• Recognize cross-system dependencies and potential conflicts.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple, interconnected teams, systems, or projects.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Product Design, with expertise in mobile applications and mobile-friendly websites.
• Proficient in designing membership or subscription-based platforms, with a deep understanding of user motivations, paywall strategies, benefits communication, and conversion optimization across digital channels.
• Capable of conveying value through design and simplifying complex offerings into user-friendly and emotionally resonant experiences.
• Comfortable working in mission-driven or member-supported organizations, focusing on achieving a balance between organizational sustainability and user trust, equity, and transparency through design.
• Proficiency in interface design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Familiarity with modern HTML and CSS standards.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in an agile project environment.
