• Responsible for end-to-end design, development, and implementation by translating customer issues into solutions, designing workflow, interactions, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Utilize strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design decisions, and back choices with evidence.
• Define the vision for user experience and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, product managers, design ops) to create and implement top-notch product experiences.
• Co-own and drive the delivery phase in partnership with Engineering and Product colleagues.
• Act as a mentor for junior and regular designers, guiding them in their craft.
• Represent the Product Design & Research team in design conversations and workshops, providing feedback in planning and product channels.
• Thorough understanding and application of user-centered design methodologies (problem framing, hypothesis definition, ideation, testing, handover) and user research.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in working with data to validate assumptions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with compelling case studies showcasing problem-solving abilities.
• Actively contribute to design systems and reusable design patterns.
• Seasoned in stakeholder communication and collaboration with a track record of managing expectations effectively.
• Proficient in storytelling and written/verbal communication; Fluency in English is essential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and flexible work environment, capable of iterating quickly to deliver quality results.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with AI, conversational interfaces, and AR is a bonus.
• Must be located in and legally authorized to work in Poland.
