• As a Senior Product Designer, you will excel in our dynamic, high-impact setting where each team member contributes significantly to driving customer and business achievements.

• Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (EU time zone)

• Seniority Level: Senior

• Team Structure: Comprised of 20-30 members, including Product Managers, Product Designers, Analysts, Developers, and QAs.

• Contract Type: Permanent contractor agreement

• Start Date: December / Early January

• Develop Impactful Products: Utilize business insights, user requirements, and data to make well-informed design choices that align user satisfaction with business objectives.

• Lead the Design Process: Oversee all design phases, from concept creation to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user journey.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Embrace a hands-on, enterprising approach to create and enhance features that yield tangible benefits for users and the business.

• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to specify requirements, conduct product exploration, and ensure design feasibility.

• User Research: Conduct user studies and tests (in English) to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Prototype & Refine: Swiftly prototype, test, and enhance designs to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Design Systems: Establish and uphold scalable design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across products.

• Process Enhancement: Continuously refine design processes and exchange best practices to enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of product design experience within tech startups, preferably in high-pressure or bootstrapped environments.

• Demonstrated capability to create user-centric and visually stimulating designs.

• Familiarity with agile development and collaboration with cross-functional remote teams.

• Strong proficiency in UI design, enhancing usability and aesthetics.

• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Proven track record in conducting user research and testing.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in establishing or maintaining design systems.

• Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
