• Over 4 years of experience in digital project management
• Successfully completed a degree in Design or a related field, or possess equivalent qualifications
• Strong knowledge in UI & UX Design
• Experience in leading projects from conception to implementation
• Proficient in working with Figma
• Basic experience in frontend development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Native German speaker or fluent in German
• Fluent in English
• Ideally, proven experience in leading design teams
• Ideally, experience working in agencies
