Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams.

• This role involves leading user research, designing user flows, prototypes, and mockups, and facilitating cross-functional workshops.

• As a champion of customer-centric design, you’ll refine design processes and drive impactful solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and define product requirements and ensure high-quality implementation.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to create seamless and impactful user experiences.

• Plan and perform discovery activities and user research to inform design decisions.

• Advocate for customer-centric design throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.

• Advanced systems thinking and proficiency in design methodologies and processes (e.g., brainstorming, ideation, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, personas, journey mapping).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage design projects independently.

• Expertise in designing for desktop, mobile, and web applications.

• Proficiency in industry-standard product design and research tools (e.g., Figma, Maze).

• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong UX-centric portfolio showcasing relevant work and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to address complex design challenges, including international markets.
