• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms, particularly in the SaaS/B2B sector.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing the complete design process.

• Proficient in working with design systems.

• Collaborative experience with other product designers, PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams within the organization.

• Ability to effectively communicate design work and its rationale, supported by quantitative and qualitative user research data.

• Self-motivated individual capable of independently completing tasks from inception to completion with minimal guidance.

• Familiarity (and appreciation) with prototyping prior to implementation using tools like Framer (or even HTML & CSS).

• Strong UI design skills across various roles using Figma (or similar software).
