• Take the lead in designing end-to-end solutions for intricate user workflows, ensuring seamless responsive design interactions and a user-friendly experience with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage projects to effectively oversee, estimate, and communicate design timelines, capacity, and priorities.
• Develop a compelling vision for the future of the product experience(s) under your responsibility.
• Independently conceptualize, wireframe, prototype, and implement designs that address user pain points and business goals.
• Be responsible for interaction design, guaranteeing intuitive and efficient usability and navigation of the platform.
• Apply solid information architecture principles to organize and present complex data in a clear and structured manner.
• Contribute to UX writing by creating clear, concise, and engaging content within the platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders or users to gather a diverse range of ideas and incorporate the most valuable ones into design iterations.
• Lead user research activities, including usability testing, user interviews, and analytics utilization, to provide data-driven insights for enhancing designs.
• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability throughout the platform.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have at least 6 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead design role.
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering designs that bring substantial measurable value.
• Experience in independently handling complex end-to-end design challenges, adapting to evolving design needs within an organization, and leading design projects.
• Thorough understanding of design systems and making decisions based on data.
• Background in working with complex workflows and systems, particularly in health-tech, Fintech, or a similarly intricate industry.
• Proficiency in Figma with the ability to swiftly create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to present and advocate for design choices.
• Experience working in a startup environment (preferred, but not mandatory).
