• 5+ years of experience creating best-in-class product design for SaaS

• Compelling portfolio showcasing the breadth of your experience and the metrics your projects affected

• Ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions

• Proven track record as a designer who can own solving complex user problems

• Lean on innovation and technological advances to design industry leading solutions

• Design within an iterative process while working with product manager and engineering partners

• Ability to think about product as a system, driving different features to work holistically

• Pride in creating and maintaining excellent design standards, championing design best practices

• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills

• Excited about teaching, learning, and working collaboratively across teams

• Strong point of view and eager to change opinions based on data

• Proven track record working on remote teams
