• Possess 6+ years of experience in designing digital web or mobile products, with a portfolio showcasing leadership in vision and execution.
• Showcase an advanced understanding of UI/UX best practices through your portfolio, demonstrating end-to-end design thinking for complex systems and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to transform data-rich content into impactful consumer experiences.
• Strong communication skills are essential - adept at translating complex problems into elegant design concepts and effectively conveying them to various stakeholders.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to shape design strategies, validate ideas, and refine user experiences.
• Possess a sharp eye for visual detail and interaction design, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and design consistency across platforms.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive iterative design, delivering solutions that surpass user expectations and business objectives.
