•Minimum of 5 years' experience designing intuitive, user-focused digital products, preferably in a dynamic, consumer-oriented setting.
•Solid background in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a portfolio showcasing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
•Experience in all stages of product design - from research and brainstorming to implementation, validation, and refinement.
•Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design strategies.
•Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and intricate situations, particularly in areas requiring the simplification of dense or regulated data.
•Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and marketers.
•An iterative approach with strong prototyping skills - adept at sketching, wireframing, and creating interactive prototypes to explore concepts and convey intentions.
•Familiarity with design systems and experience contributing to scalable components and design patterns.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating thoughts, framing decisions, and aligning stakeholders on the design direction.
