• We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to play a key role in shaping our platform and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design and execute our product roadmap from research to launch.
• Lead the entire design process, including user research, UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work with engineers to efficiently deliver engaging experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Validate solutions through user research and usability testing.
• Contribute to our design system and establish scalable design patterns.
• Utilize data and customer insights to influence product strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gain insights into customer needs.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in product design, specifically in shipping web products at scale.
• Experience contributing to and designing within a well-defined Design System is required.
• Showcase a strong portfolio that highlights your design process from discovery to launch.
• Expertise in Figma is a must.
• Possess excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Previous experience in conducting user research and usability testing is necessary.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
