• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences that solve real customer problems and align with business goals.
• Drive user research and validation efforts with internal teams and real users to inform design direction and iterate quickly.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user problems, explore solutions, and deliver production-ready designs.
• Shape and evolve our design system and interaction patterns, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the product.
• Use insights from design and research to help shape product roadmaps and prioritize features with the most user impact.
• Support a culture of design excellence by mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and fostering collaborative design thinking.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UI, UX, workflows, and research outcomes.
• Deep experience in user validation, including usability testing, interviews, and rapid prototyping.
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and an understanding of front-end implementation constraints.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain decisions clearly and advocate for the user.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• Attention to detail and an obsession with craft.
• Bonus points for experience designing for knowledge management, process automation, or workflow platforms, familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles, and exposure to customer support or contact center tools.
• Utilization of modern AI tools to assist in prototyping designs.
