• This role offers the exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly growing startup and become the primary design influencer.

• You will play a key role in shaping the design culture and user experience across various product areas, collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams.

• Ideal for a seasoned designer comfortable in dynamic, high-impact environments, capable of influencing design choices and establishing scalable design standards, processes, and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design

• Impressive portfolio showcasing adept problem-solving skills and systems thinking

• Proficiency in designing for AI/ML, data analytics, or developer-centric products

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and influence decisions effectively

• Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping

• Sound knowledge of web technologies and design system principles

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile settings

• Excellent communication skills and capability to explain design choices

• Background in early-stage startups (Series A-B) or as a founding designer

• Familiarity with enterprise software, developer tools, or AI/ML products

• Understanding of RAG, LLMs, or other AI technologies

• Basic grasp of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Previous experience as the sole designer within a large engineering team

• Proficiency in user research and usability testing
