📋 Description
• PurposeMed is looking for a Senior Product Designer to elevate our product development practice by implementing and championing empathy and insight driven product design and across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX Research, Data, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to drive discovery, product strategy, and usability.
• Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you’ll join the Product Design team, which functions as part of the larger Product/Design/Engineering (PDE) team.
• You will be a part of a rapidly growing team of user experience experts, surrounded by great people with expertise across diverse fields.
🎯 Requirements
• A strong foundation in user-centric product design, information architecture, usability, interface design, heuristics, design systems, systems thinking, usability testing, and user research.
• Experience driving projects as the lead designer or sole designer, alongside Product Management and Engineering partners.
• 5+ years of professional end-to-end Product Design experience in a fast-paced environment collaborating with Product Management, UX Research, Engineering, and business teams.
• Experience in scrappy and fast-growing companies.
• A high-level of skill with design and collaboration tools (eg. Figma, Whimsical, Maze, etc.)
