📋 Description

• As a Senior Designer at Qualified, you will be responsible for leading the design of our Meetings product and collaborating on cross-platform initiatives within our Core product team.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering, and design teams to innovate new features and products.

• Rapidly iterate on prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to enhance user experience.

• Focus on elevating the overall UX standards for the product team.

• Utilize strategic product thinking to comprehend objectives, identify opportunities, and make impactful decisions for the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams to deliver tangible features.

• Enjoy transforming vague challenges into well-defined objectives.

• Appreciate the importance of meticulously crafted visual design and possess a keen eye for details.

• Prioritize user experience in all design endeavors.

• Proficient in designing, prototyping, and collaborating through Figma.

• Understand the process of delivering a refined experience by closely collaborating with engineering teams.

• Preferred to have at least 2 years of B2B design experience.

• Familiarity with modern sales and marketing practices in the tech industry.

• Experience with or interest in data visualization is a plus.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
