• Lead end-to-end design projects, starting from research and concept development to delivering polished, production-ready designs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define issues, and develop elegant solutions
• Engage with users, conduct discovery sessions, and translate insights into valuable product enhancements
• Create user-friendly experiences for complex data and workflows
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and ensure consistency throughout the product
• Provide and receive feedback, elevate design standards, and participate in team rituals to enhance the design culture
• Clearly communicate ideas and involve the team in every stage of the design process
• Work with the marketing team on website and go-to-market design projects to maintain a cohesive brand and product experience
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data-centric products
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX skills, clean visual design, and effective problem-solving abilities
• Experience in designing for complex workflows or tools with data or financial elements
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance user requirements with business objectives
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (experience with design systems is a plus)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts with empathy and clarity
• Self-driven attitude with a comfort in ambiguous situations and a proactive approach to advancing ideas
• Bonus: Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments or contributing to scalable design systems
