Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of design throughout the entire lifecycle, including discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery

• Analyze user research data to identify opportunities and steer product development

• Develop detailed user flows and prototypes to efficiently test and validate concepts

• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to specifications

• Utilize AI-driven tools for discovery to speed up idea generation and pattern recognition

• Contribute to and enhance our design system for consistent and scalable product experiences

• Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and create alignment through storytelling

• Mentor and work together with fellow designers to elevate the standard of design excellence

• Champion user needs while considering technical, regulatory, and business requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product design across the software lifecycle

• Impressive portfolio showcasing impactful B2B or enterprise SaaS projects

• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Lovable, etc.

• Familiarity with AI-powered or generative tools for research and idea generation

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, emphasizing simplicity, hierarchy, and clarity

• Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Experience in contributing to or managing a design system

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
