⛳️ Requirements

• Looking for an experienced IC product designer who has mastered all aspects of the design process based on their work history and portfolio.

• Prefer candidates with a background in designing complex solutions for digital environments, particularly in Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead design for a team or specific feature area.

• Must showcase a portfolio that consistently delivers exceptional results for both the business and end users through simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design.

• Provide case studies showcasing your end-to-end design process, from insight gathering to optimization.

• Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, using feedback and conflict resolution to achieve successful outcomes.

• Strong communication skills to articulate narratives around design work and engage with colleagues globally in clear, fluent English.

• Show evidence of influencing the design team, mentoring others, and embodying Remote's core values.

• Remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
